Heavy-Duty Adjustable Metal Hand Grip & Finger Strengthener with Carry Bag
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns & Refunds Policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made online at eurosportsgear.co.uk, operated by EuroSportswear (Trading as Euro Sports Gear).
We want you to select your home gym equipment with complete confidence. If a dumbbell set, bench, or fitness accessory does not suit your space, room layout, or training goals, we offer a clear 28-day return policy.
This policy operates in full compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy restricts your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
1. 28-Day Voluntary Returns Policy
We provide a voluntary 28-day return policy for eligible change-of-mind purchases, calculated from the verified date of delivery.
- Return Window: 28 calendar days from delivery.
- Return Shipping Cost: Free (£0.00) when using our prepaid return postal service.
- Prepaid Return Label: Included inside your original delivery package.
- Restocking Fee: £0.00 — we do not charge restocking or return administration fees.
If your prepaid return label is missing or damaged, please contact us at support@eurosportsgear.co.uk so our team can provide a replacement label before you dispatch the parcel.
2. Statutory Cancellation Rights
Our 28-day voluntary return policy operates in addition to your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Under UK law, online consumers have the statutory right to cancel an eligible order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and a further 14 calendar days from notifying us to return the items. Our commercial 28-day return period does not reduce or restrict these statutory rights.
3. Condition of Change-of-Mind Returns
For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary policy, home gym equipment should be returned unused, undamaged, uninstalled, and accompanied by all supplied bolts, pins, collars, safety keys, and instruction manuals.
Customers are entitled to open outer packaging and handle items as they reasonably would in a sports retail store (such as checking dumbbell grip, bench dimensions, and metal finish). However, equipment must not have been dropped, intensely trained with, bolted down into flooring, or assembled in a manner that causes paint chipping, knurling damage, or upholstery sweat stains.
Where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods and causes a reduction in their commercial value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by UK law. Any such deduction relates strictly to genuine diminished value and does not constitute a restocking fee.
4. How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step)
- Prepare Your Return: Repack the unused item securely in its original protective packaging, ensuring all steel components, weight collars, and fasteners are safely cushioned.
- Attach the Prepaid Label: Affix the prepaid return label (included inside your original delivery parcel) firmly to the outside of the box, covering previous delivery barcodes.
- Drop Off the Parcel: Take the parcel to the designated UK postal or courier drop-off location indicated on the label. Please retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund is fully settled.
Please do not send returns directly to our retail shop premises without using the designated prepaid label or receiving written instructions from our customer support team.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If your gym equipment arrives damaged, is faulty, or contains missing parts, contact us at support@eurosportsgear.co.uk with your order number and photographs where available. Photographs help expedite investigations but are not a mandatory prerequisite for exercising your statutory rights.
For qualifying faulty goods, UK consumers have a 30-day short-term right to reject the product and receive a full refund. Beyond this period, statutory rights to a free repair, replacement, or price reduction apply. Customers will never be charged return shipping or handling fees for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
6. Refund Processing & Payment Settlement
- Inspection & Refund Execution: Returned goods will be inspected and your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment card within 3 calendar days of receipt at our return facility.
- Refund Method: Refunds are credited strictly back to the original Visa or Mastercard used for checkout.
- Settlement Currency: All refunds are issued in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £).
Our standard refund arrangements do not extend or delay any applicable statutory refund deadline required under UK law.

2. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Times
Our standard operational working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
| Fulfilment Stage | Timeframe | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Order Cut-off | 2:00 PM UK Time (GMT/BST) | Orders completed prior to 2:00 PM on a working day normally begin processing that day. |
| Handling / Processing | 1–2 working days | Equipment is verified, packed with heavy-duty protection, and handed to couriers (Mon–Fri). |
| Courier Transit | 3–7 working days | Estimated transit time from courier collection to final doorstep delivery across the UK. |
| Total Estimated Delivery | 4–9 working days | Combined handling and transit time once order processing begins. |
Orders Placed After the Cut-off
Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM UK time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will begin processing on the following working day. The estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.
Important Delivery Notice
Delivery timeframes are realistic estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Transit times may occasionally be influenced by severe weather, peak courier volumes, or incorrect address entries. If your order is delayed, please contact our customer care team. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. Dispatch Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, the email will include your parcel tracking reference and a direct courier portal link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear in the courier's electronic system.
4. Heavy-Duty Packaging for Gym Equipment
Dumbbells, cast iron weight plates, and modular steel benches require reinforced transit packaging. Products are dispatched in heavy-duty corrugated cartons with internal foam or moulded corner cushioning to help prevent transit shock or carton tearing. We recommend retaining original packaging until you have received and inspected your order.
5. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your equipment package as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, has missing bolts or hardware, or differs from the item ordered, please contact us at support@eurosportsgear.co.uk.
Where possible, provide your order reference number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging. We encourage customers to report visible delivery damage within 48 hours to assist with courier claims; however, reporting an issue after this period does not remove or diminish your statutory consumer rights. Where goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Missing Parcels & Delivery Address Issues
Please ensure that your delivery address and postcode are accurate when submitting an order. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist with corrections before dispatch, although address changes cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has entered the courier network.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or tracking indicates delivery but you have not physically received your parcel, please contact our customer care team. We will actively assist by opening an investigation directly with the courier and working towards a fair and prompt resolution.
7. Passing of Risk & Responsibility
In accordance with Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain the legal responsibility of EuroSportswear until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a nominated person identified by the customer to receive them. A statutory exception applies where a customer independently arranges a private carrier that was not offered or approved by EuroSportswear.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
General & Store Information
Q: What is Euro Sports Gear?
A: Euro Sports Gear is an online sports equipment retailer operated under EuroSportswear, based at 1 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London NW3 5EP, United Kingdom.
Contact Address: 1 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London, NW3 5EP.
Email: support@eurosportsgear.co.uk | Phone: +44 20 7722 1775
Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK Time, GMT/BST).
Q: What products do you offer?
A: We specialise in residential Home Gym Equipment, including free weights (dumbbells, weight plates, kettlebells), adjustable workout benches, squat stands, and conditioning accessories. Specifications, dimensions, and maximum load ratings vary by model. Please refer to individual product pages for accurate specifications.
Home Gym Equipment & Assembly
Q: What are the maximum load capacities of your workout benches and racks?
A: Weight capacities vary between equipment models (e.g. standard benches typically rated to 200–250 kg combined user and barbell weight, with heavy-duty racks rated higher). Maximum recommended weight limits are clearly detailed in the "Specifications" section on each product listing.
Q: Is your equipment suitable for home floor surfaces?
A: Our free weights feature rubberised or precision-machined cast iron profiles. However, to protect domestic wooden, tiled, or carpeted flooring and reduce vibration noise, we strongly recommend placing heavy-duty rubber gym floor mats beneath benches and free weights.
Q: Is assembly hardware included?
A: Products requiring assembly (such as weight benches and pull-up frames) come with standard assembly bolts and illustrated manuals. Basic domestic spanners or socket sets are typically required to complete assembly.
Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards only. Other payment types are not currently supported.
Q: What currency will I be charged in?
A: All product prices, checkout payments, and refunds are processed strictly in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £). Your final total is displayed before you confirm payment.
Delivery
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: We offer free standard delivery (£0.00) on all orders within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. There is no minimum spend requirement.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Our estimated total delivery time is 4–9 working days once processing begins. Orders placed before our daily 2:00 PM UK Time cut-off on a working day normally begin handling that day (handling takes 1–2 working days; courier transit takes 3–7 working days). Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on bank holidays begin processing on the next working day.
Q: Will I receive tracking information for my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your shipment tracking reference and direct courier tracking portal link where tracking is available.
Returns & Refunds
Q: How do I return an item?
A: We offer a 28-day voluntary returns policy. Repack the unused item with all components using original packaging where reasonably possible, affix the prepaid return shipping label included inside your delivery box, and drop off the parcel at the designated carrier point. Return shipping is free (£0.00) and restocking fees are £0.00.
Q: Can I return an item if I have opened the packaging?
A: Yes. You may open the packaging and reasonably inspect eligible products to check dimensions, finish, and build quality, as you would in a retail shop. Under our voluntary 28-day change-of-mind policy, returned products should remain new, unused, and uninstalled. Where handling exceeds inspection (such as heavy workout use, knurling damage, or bolted assembly wear) and causes a reduction in value, a lawful deduction may apply under UK consumer regulations.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
A: Please contact us at support@eurosportsgear.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will provide a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
Q: When will my refund be completed?
A: We inspect returned items and process approved refunds within 3 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, credited directly to your original Visa or Mastercard.
